Shopify provides certain technology and infrastructure supporting the Services but is not the seller of jewelry purchased directly from Yornarkment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Yornarkment or disputes arising directly from such purchases.

Where legally permitted, dispute proceedings should generally be brought on an individual basis rather than as a class, collective, or representative action.
